Got my order from ottobest.com. the packaging was solid. Box looked fine, no dents or anything. Opened it up and everything inside was safe too. No scratches. Nothing broken. Felt like they actually took a bit of care with it, which I appreciated. Happy with the whole thing.

I placed my order and got the confirmation email quickly, so at first I figured everything was good. But after that, there really weren’t any updates, and I found myself checking on it manually. Just going off my gut, it didn’t feel super reassuring, like I wasn’t totally sure the order was actually moving along. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the communication definitely could’ve been better.

The color was a little different than I expected, but isn’t that kind of common when ordering from photos? Overall, it still looked close and I’m not too disappointed.

I ordered this replacement part from Otto Best and, to be fair, it did fit my car. The part number matched and it looked similar to the photos, so at first glance it seemed like I got what I ordered.
Once I had it in hand, though, the finish and one small edge weren’t quite the same as my original part. I was able to make it work with a little adjusting, but it wasn’t exactly a straight swap. Not a disaster, just one of those “close enough” situations, so 3 stars feels about right
